How do I sign up?
Signing up is simple! Just visit our website and click on the “Sign In” button located in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. You’ll need to complete and upload basic information for regulatory compliance, including identity and age verification. Please note: If this is your first time ordering with Crystal Nugs, additional verification is required. Please submit a bill addressed to your delivery address and a selfie of you holding your ID. You can text these items to (916) 701-9777. This is required for all first-time customers ordering for delivery.
Where are you located?
Our dispensary is located at 2300 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95816. We are open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM, though holiday hours may vary.

What if my ID is expired?
You can still visit us with an expired ID, provided you have a printout from the DMV.
Can I receive delivery orders outside of California?
No, we do not deliver outside of California. We also do not ship any products via mail or shipping companies.
Do you have to have a medical marijuana card in order to make a purchase?
No, a medical marijuana card is not required if you are 21 years or older. However, if you are between 18 and 21, you must have a valid medical marijuana recommendation.
What age is required to purchase cannabis in California?
To purchase medicinal cannabis, you must be 18 years or older with a valid medical marijuana recommendation. For recreational cannabis, you must be at least 21 years old.
Do you deliver to all of California?
No, we currently service Sacramento and the surrounding cities. Please see the delivery area here.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 60-120 minutes through-out Sacramento. Please be aware that traffic, high order volumes, and peak times (like 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM) as well as construction on freeways/roads may affect delivery times.
Where can I have my order delivered?
Deliveries can be made to any physical address in California, excluding public land, schools, daycare centers, or youth centers. Acceptable delivery locations include businesses, hotels, motels, truck stops, B&Bs, and restaurants. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and include any notes for specific locations, such as gate codes, building and/or apartment numbers, or if you want the driver to wait in the car while you come to them.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
No, you do not need to sign for your delivery; however, you must be present to receive it. Missed deliveries may result in account termination, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
How much can I purchase?
Adult-use (recreational) customers can purchase up to one ounce (28.5 grams) of cannabis flower and 8 grams of concentrated cannabis per day. Medical-use customers can purchase up to 8 ounces of flower and 8 grams of concentrated cannabis per day.
What type of taxes and fees are on my receipt?
Crystal Nugs Delivery collects Sales Tax (currently 8.75%), Sacramento Cannabis Tax (4%), and State Excise Tax (15%).
Is it safe to order and have marijuana delivered to my house?
Yes, it is safe. Crystal Nugs is fully licensed with the State of California (C10-0001403-LIC) and the City of Sacramento. We prioritize your safety by conducting thorough background checks on all of our drivers. Additionally, all products are tested by state-licensed labs before they reach us. We work closely with the Sacramento Police Department to ensure safe and discreet deliveries.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash. If you need to make arrangements for other forms of payment, please reach out to us at (916) 701-9777. We also have ATMs available at our dispensary location.

Starting January 1st, can I place an order over the phone?
No, starting January 1st, all orders must be placed on our website or in person at the dispensary. Phone orders will no longer be accepted.
What is your Exchange Only Policy?
Crystal Nugs does not offer refunds or returns. Please inspect your order for accuracy and defects upon delivery. Unopened flower/products are eligible for exchange, while other products can be exchanged for the same item within 24 hours, subject to management approval. Repeated exchange requests may lead to denial. Crystal Nugs Inc. is not liable for defective products, mislabeling, or harm caused by our products.

Can I get an ETA for my order?
While we aim to provide an estimated delivery window, factors like traffic, order volume, and delivery route may affect your ETA. Our delivery team will try their best to keep you updated throughout the process.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order for the Sacramento area is $40 before tax. For areas outside of Sacramento, please enter your address at checkout to see if you meet the minimum (typically $60-$80 pre-tax). A $1.99+ delivery fee applies to each order.
Do you accept credit cards?
Currently, we do not accept credit cards for payment. We accept cash and have ATMs available in-store. For other payment arrangements, please contact us directly at (916) 701-9777.
Can I place a phone order?
Starting January 1st, phone orders will no longer be accepted. All orders must be placed through our website or in person at our dispensary.

Do you offer delivery outside of California?
No, we do not offer delivery outside of California. Our services are limited to California residents only.

Yes! We offer special discounts for seniors and veterans. Please contact us directly to inquire about eligibility and how to apply the discount to your order.
Why do I have to send all my information for my first order?
For security and compliance reasons, all first-time customers are required to submit verification documents. This includes a selfie of you holding your ID and a bill addressed to your delivery address. This process helps ensure your identity and protect you during the transaction.
Why can’t I pay with a $100 bill?
For safety and security reasons, we do not accept $100 bills for payment. Counterfeiting of $100 bills has been on the rise in Sacramento, and we cannot assume the liability that comes with accepting them. Please use smaller denominations or alternative payment methods.
What time do you stop deliveries?
We stop accepting deliveries at 8:30 PM daily. For locations further than the Sacramento area, delivery times may be shortened to ensure our drivers can return to the warehouse in a reasonable time frame. When checking out, please be sure to observe the estimated delivery time to ensure it fits within your time preferences. Any orders placed after 8:30 PM will be scheduled for the following day.
