Exchange Only Policy

At Crystal Nugs, we are committed to providing high-quality products and service. However, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt to ensure accuracy and check for any visible defects. If you believe an item is defective, it must be returned in its complete original packaging to be considered for an exchange. Exchanges for defective products are subject to review and must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Exchanges are limited to same-item replacements only. In certain cases, exchanges for non-defective items of the same product may be permitted at the discretion of management, also within 24 hours of purchase. Some exchanges may require approval from the original manufacturer or brand.

Please note that excessive or repeated exchange requests—especially for defects—may result in denial of future exchange eligibility.
