🧠 What You’ll Do:
🗓️ Daily Operations
- Lead each shift with intention, awareness, and presence
- Coordinate shift hand-offs, coverage, and daily schedules
- Ensure safe counts are completed and verified throughout the day
- Stay in sync with our delivery system (Samsara) — know where your drivers are and what’s going out
🌿 Sales Floor + Product Flow
- Step in during peak traffic to support the team and enhance customer experience
- Keep displays fresh, cash drawers full, and kiosks online
- Stay informed on product drops, promos, and strain knowledge
- Track inventory trends and communicate hot items or low stock to ownership
🚚 Delivery Oversight
- Package and route orders accurately for outgoing drivers
- Track driver status and ensure smooth back-and-forth flow
- Learn how to engage delivery customers to boost reviews (we’ll show you how)
🧼 Cleanliness & Facility Management
- Maintain a clean, safe environment across all areas: sales floor, lobby, stairwell, bathrooms, product room
- Check and restock paper goods, remove trash, break down boxes
- Keep eyes on the entire 13,000 sq. ft. property — always be improving something
💬 Systems & Communication
- Monitor POS, kiosk, and online ordering systems for errors and report tech issues
- Stay updated on promos, daily goals, and trends in our sales system
- Be the communication bridge between staff and ownership — clarity matters

Crystal Nugs Dispensary & Delivery Service is seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Lead to oversee daily floor operations, support staff, and ensure efficiency in both our retail and delivery services. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing cannabis company in a leadership role while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support floor staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance, including assigning duties and overseeing workflows.
- Facilitate and track employee breaks to maintain compliance with labor regulations.
- Handle cash management, including counting cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts and ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure all point-of-sale transactions are completed correctly and efficiently.
- Assist staff with obtaining change as needed for register operations.
- Verify and process orders for deliveries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Route delivery drivers efficiently while monitoring their progress and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Maintain detailed tracking of all drivers and delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with management to improve floor operations and customer experience.
- Uphold all dispensary and state cannabis regulations, ensuring staff adherence to policies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role in retail, hospitality, or a dispensary setting.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, laws, and compliance regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in cash handling and order verification.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass all required background checks.
